The Role
We are now looking for a Junior Financial Controller for a central role within finance and accounting. This is a position for you who thrive in the intersection of details, structure, and development, and who is likely at the beginning of your career. You will be part of our Finance and Accounting organization, which currently consists of five employees and reports to our CFO.

In this role, you will work both operationally and developmentally, and you will have a significant mandate to influence and improve how we work with processes, system support, and quality. You will be responsible for the supplier invoice process and play a central role in the further development of our new invoicing system, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Your Key Areas of Responsibility

• Process responsibility for supplier invoice management
• Support and knowledge resource in invoice management
• Back office debt management
• Liquidity forecasts
• Participate in year-end closing work
• Bank reporting
• Corporate administration
• Back-up and support within the finance department
• Contribute to the efficiency and automation of finance and accounting processes
• System management of Rillion and OneFin

What Do We Expect from You?
We are looking for someone with a completed post-secondary education in finance, preferably at the university or college level, and who has worked a couple of years in finance after graduation or concurrently with studies. You are curious and proactive, enjoy taking initiative, and driving issues independently. You need to be structured and analytical, have good system skills, and an interest in digitalization and automation. You communicate clearly and are good at building trust in contact with both internal and external parties. This is a role for you who want to combine details with a holistic perspective, where your skills truly make a difference.
